my psychic let me know what feelings were meant for the right person
Reached out to customer support and explain my issue, whoever replied left me hanging for over half and hour and I had to start a new chat and it was the same person still not replying and refusing to help me, don’t download this app it’s a scam for sure and I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand
This is terrible. It’s an ai chat that took 7 mins acting like it was responding , and never gave a response . Then they say they will refund you in 24-48 hours and it’s been a week and still nothing.
First off the Free one minute response, great concept but horrible it takes the “psychics” almost the full one minute to respond to you Second , why do I continue to get the “how are you doing since we last spoke?” I find that kinda odd if these are supposed to be real psychics . Third I spent a nice amount of money to get a reading just for me to get half answered questions 😡

From the pictures to the descriptions into the reading, everything is AI generated. The descriptions are AI generated. They all say the same thing the pictures look AI generated of the psychics and the reading just repeats back to me what I already said with a positive spin like you’ll be fine. Everything is probably and might. Very few psychics available to call everything is by chat some of the same psychics the same pictures have different names with different pricing.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This entire thing is a scam & potentially could be a class action lawsuit claiming to connect you w “real” psychics. Only to be met with a message AFTER YOU PAY that says “you’re now chatting w an AI ‘astrologer’ “. Both sickening how people create such “services” to scam people & scary how ai is used nowadays.
Customer “support” is awful!!! Charged my card without permission and refuses full refund. Can barely get good communication from them. Takes hours to reply. DO NOT USE THIS APP THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

Im reading through these reviews and yall are genuinely not real bro. “I asked it if it was AI and it said yes” 😐 like yeah bro, the app that only posts AI ads with AI voice overs and AI people is totally a real person on the other end answering your stupid questions. Even if it was a real person, so what? They know nothing about you, this isn’t a Disney movie bruh with magical wizards and mind readers. you would be getting scammed and lied to either way bruh😭 I genuinely wish the absolute and complete worst for the developers behind this app
