Parcel Pending PLUS

Tons of glitches, when logging into the app you can’t even see what you’re trying because the huge banner in top covers the text and you can’t see! The app continuously logs you out repeatedly! You would think that once you’re logged in you stay logged in

It was supposed to be an upgrade? Really? I used to be able to open the box with my phone hitting the “open box” button. Now I have to enter the number manually on the main screen. I called support and they told me it was fixed. I tried the next day after receiving another package. STILL NOT WORKING.

The older version worked much better. I could open the mailbox from distance and I don’t have to wait to finish sombody . Why have to change something that worked very well?

My apartments system transferred to the plus with only one email telling us. The old version was ok but this is horrible. To start it texts me constantly about the $3 fee even when I’m marked on vacation. When I go to pick up my packages the app never works, scanning it never works, and I always have to type in the code which works but then it shows me a picture of where my package is that isn’t even close to accurate. There is no point in the app when they just send me a million texts with mostly not useful information. I just miss being able to open the locker from my app so I don’t have to touch the germy keypad buttons.

Makes errors that cannot be remedied as everything is automated to assume perfect functioning with usual list of “FAQ”s that answer no real problem. Everyone in our building hate this awful company—including management

This company constantly charges me for packages I picked up already. I am just now finding out that they switched everything over because they failed to alert people properly and started sending texts with complex codes instead. I had to ask about this to my leasing office to find out that there was a new app. In the process, I was picking up my packages via the codes on text to where half the time it said invalid code entered. When I finally retrieved my packages I was still getting the avoid $3/day texts for these packages and it’s very frustrating. Now I have to call them which btw they have wait times longer than the irs just to get a hold of someone. Super inconvenient

For a while Parcel Pending was great, but with this recent update, it’s terrible. I constantly have package alerts, even when there’s nothing expected and the locker will be empty. Today I had two alerts. One empty locker, and one with someone else’s items. My items? Lost. Not at my door or in a locker or with concierge.

I have had to call twice now spending hours till I get someone on the phone to get my package.. I get delivery notification and picture of it being in the locker and no code or notification from the amazing state of CA based company (sarcasm). I tried getting assurance the first time issues were resolved no extra verification/info was missing that caused this and wouldn’t happen again. Obviously Happend again and more wasted time. I also pay for this service in my rent and hours of lost time. 0 stars.

i had to sign up again? this now blocks me from opening the locker while other people are using it? worse in every way
