This app is not user friendly. No help trying now to save my area in app
Just decided to pay $50 for Raindrop after using other apps and I gotta say-very disappointed-had big ol storm today and my gauge read 3.5” Raindrop said I only had 1.5”. If it’s that far off, I can’t really believe what it says at my other fields. Disappointed and wasted $50
Most convenient solution for knowing if you are in a drought or not.
When I first downloaded it I absolutely loved it. I loved how I could see rainfall totals for different time frames. However, first I noticed that they took away my ability to see the month calendar breakdown of daily rainfall. Now I see that I can’t see the 7 day rainfall total. It looks like they are slowly restricting what is available on the free version. It’s still a pretty good app but since I can only see rainfall totals for 72 hrs I have to write them down since weekly totals is what I use most to gauge requirements to water.

Use it everyday as a farmer and an agronomist. Very accurate.
My physical rain gauge says we received 2.6 inches of rain in last 48 hours. App says 1.6 inches. How is app measuring rainfall? Not impressed in app performance.
app is great! Very accurate and it also gives you up to the minute updates. Really appreciate it.
Most of the forecast and all of the history are now paywalled, as are the useful maps. I used it last spring for a few weeks and it was accurate and nice. Completely useless now, ignore reviews that are not recent. Not offering a 1 month subscription is crazy. I’m not paying $50 for 2 weeks.
Was led to believe the app would cost $4-$5 monthly with option to cancel anytime. Truth is that I got charged $32 initially for the entire year! Sure I could cancel but not until 2027. Actually not happy as there are equal options for the same data at $0. Be careful
