A great website for getting and receiving gifts! Protects my info great!
I’m starting to explore the world of donating and shopping and this was super easy to navigate, I do not suggest using the website which is harder to navigate
its sorta laggy
The website is great, however the app, I’ve downloaded and deleted like 4 times and it will not let me even log in or sign up not sure why but it’s really annoying
Ok to start I was enjoying the app for a while until just recently. A fan sent me cash gifts for me to order the gift which I tried to do- and instantly it was reaccredited to me instead of even trying to order or ship. I tried to get 4 more things- the same exact thing happened. But every time I tried to order Throne kept a fee to do nothing except instantly reaccredit it to me. I lost around 15$ in fees trying to order gifts on the gift store- just to not get any and have it sent back instantly. Then on top of that they already charge more than the item is actually listed as on the sights from the gift stores anyway or links to outside stores… which I understand is for them to make their money. But charging me fees to place orders they won’t even try to fulfill on top of that is literally robbing me of my money. Will no longer be using this app. Thanks for stealing from me. If delivering/ordering the objects wasn’t even going to be attempted it shouldn’t have even listed shipping options. And a fee to not even complete my order or try to is insane. Robbery app. When I say I clicked order and exited the screen to see my money was recreddited with a fee taken out immediately I mean that. Every time.
$320 had gone completely missing through here. My first payout for $86 sent me tracking and confirmation over email. Four following payouts amounting to $320 now say they’re currently deposited into my account, but aren’t. I never got any confirmation email of their transfers and now I’m missing $320… Terrible.
The settings in the app doesn’t work, every time I push “settings” the app freezes. Meaning you can’t add a way to receive your items, or add a profile picture, or anything on there. It also keeps removing items from my wishlist. The app needs to be fixed or it won’t be usable.

They don’t care at all, they take FOREVER to reach back to customers
I have tried downloading this app like 10 times. It won’t let me open it. I created an account and linked it and everything and then it just sits at a blank purple screen for all time. I have tried clearing cache, delete and redownloading, restart phone etc. won’t work.
