The recommended rules for The Soft Challenge are as follows: - One 45-minute workout per day, with one day for active recovery every week. - Eat a Healthy Diet, of your choosing - Only Drink Alcohol socially, if any at all - Drink 3 liters of water per day - Read 10 pages of any book

I gave the app 4 stars. It is very good. Sometimes it can be tricky to navigate to certain parts of the app but once you figure out how to navigate it all is okay. I wish there was a feature that would allow users to share and see how another person using the app is progressing. Similar Apple Watch functionality of how people share their ring progression daily. This would be useful for supporting individuals and competition if desired. Overall, a very good app.
I barely got the app to see what it was like & they already charged me for a subscription even though I didn't pick one
This is exactly what I was looking for. I like that it’s a one time purchase and not subscription based. I love that the goals are customizable. For example I added a meditation and journaling goal and I removed the water tracking since that’s not an issue for me. I also sent a question to support and they were super fast and helpful.
I have tried a few other apps and none are as customizable as this. The features are great and allow you to choose how you want to stay on track. I highly recommend this app to anyone that needs extra motivation with gentle reminders
App will not allow me to move forward without checking off all tasks. Also water consumption is not saving, I have to keep putting it back in every time I open the app.
This app does the basic tracking for the Soft Challenge like tracking diet, 45 minute exercise, reading 10 pages a day, and drinking 3 liters of water per day. However you can also adapt it to meet your personal needs. The magic is in the edit task feature! I modified tasks like exercise 45-90 minutes because I mostly exercise 90 minutes. Moreover, I added a daily 20- 45 minute facial exercises session. Now, my husband treats me like his new girlfriend. LoI! I added gardening everyday. Consequently, my garden is beautiful now. Additionally I must complete at least 2 major chores. So I am able to stay on top of my deep cleaning. I have many books that I am finally reading. As a result of using this app, I practice mindfulness activities and I have stopped losing my phone by focusing on the here and now and training myself to keep it in designated areas. Lastly, I added a complete and/or monitor paperwork. I now catch computer and paperwork issues that could have been overlooked. When my 75 days are up, I plan on continuing to the next 75 days.I other habits I am looking forward to developing.I love the new vibrant me! New updates are helpful. Hoping they extend the # of days, I’m trying to do a 6 month challenge and would love to see that all in one place instead of switching apps
I didn’t mark complete my last task of day 1 until the morning of day 2 and the app is stuck on the congratulations screen for day 1.
Same problem as a previous reviewer mentioned. I didn’t complete all task so didn’t mark them. It’s still on day 1. Not able to accurately track
Worked fine with easy enough user interface but then got stuck on day one. I thought after midnight it would go to do day 2. It did not. I thought well maybe I’ll go to sleep it’ll restart on day 2 it did not. It’s about 3:30 pm on day 2 and it’s still just stuck on congratulating me for day 1. Useless for tracking if it can’t go to the next day. I expected paying for an app they’d have worked out those sorts of basic bugs but no. Save your money this is useless
