This app is not good for keeping track of calories or macros. The picture feature is way off. The bar code scanner way off. There are way better options don’t waste your time. If you want the feature of getting in touch with a dietitian it will be fine but don’t track your calories or macros here!!
It’s so nice to have a nutritionist who understands what you want. Especially an app that’s free (covered by insurance) to help track and motivate you to reach your goals.
I love the ease of the app, my nutritionist is amazing. I like the suggestions AI makes. My only complaints are it doesn’t work great with the Garmin and I would love it if there was a spot where you could make notes for the day. Like how I was feeling about foods I ate.
They took away Apple health integration - bring it back!
Love the mission and my dietician was great, but the app is slow to respond and the AI feature is pretty inaccurate. Back to my fitness pal
I can’t even get logged in or sign up. It just goes to a blank page and sits there.
This is exactly how I want to journal my diet and lifestyle. Excellent.
This app seemingly needs to be updated every week. Even so it’s still extremely buggy.
I love that I can use my insurance to meet with my dietician, and I LOVE my dietician, Emily. I like the app but I really struggle with inputting food because I can’t import recipes. I can choose recipes already in the nourish database but if I want to log a recipe I made, I have to add every ingredient to the journal entry and it doesn’t save as a recipe to add again later, it has to be input the same way again. If there was a way to save my own recipes I would change this to 5 stars immediately
I have always had a good metabolism and have been very active, but after 50 I began to put on the pounds pretty quickly. I woke up one day and didn’t recognize myself. Exercise was helping a little but the weight wasn’t coming off quickly enough. I downloaded the app and started working with Kelsi, my nutritionist, and following her plan made all the difference. I was able to drop 25 pounds and hit my goal weight faster than I planned. Exercise works better when you’re eating right too. This is a new way of life for me now.
