If you want a lot of freedom on your journey but don’t want to spend a penny, this is not for you
Overall it doesn’t seem like a bad app but it’s so confusing to know how to cancel your 7 day free trial. I tried asking support but I still am yet to hear back on how to cancel it or even see if it was activated.
This app is a cutsie way to gamify workouts, it’s fine if you’re into that. But it is a voracious battery hog, over the past 3 devices I’ve had iOS and android this app while in use will eat up the entire life of it, from 100 to nearly 0, with no other apps, no music, no video, no wearable or health apps running at the same time. It is a glorified checklist and timer, and somehow we can’t optimize this?

I can’t add my friends, everyone I try to enable my contacts it says I’m the only one on the app however that’s not true. Also I’ve tried sending the referral codes and friend invitations and it just sends my friends and me aswell to the app. Not sure what the issue is

It’s an excellent idea to rank people’s workouts because not only does it give them a goal to achieve which motivates them better, but at least for me it makes me excited to go to the gym again because I want to work towards my next rank up. If I had one complaint about the app it’s that the ranking system can be a little weird sometimes. There are some lifts I’ve done that’s considerd Olympian or Titan when I don’t think it should be like Hex Bar Shrugs, and Glute kickback machine, I got really high ranks with those, but they both took like no effort in comparison to a lift where there is probably much more data like bench press I do 225lbs for 10 at 165bw, and that’s considered Titan which I think is pretty fair but that took me much more time and effort to do that compared to randomly doing a hex bar shrug and having it be Titan Level. If I were to add anything to the app it would be a higher rank than Olympian because on some of my ranked Olympian lifts I don’t have that drive to continue. There are also so many people on the leaderboard who are Olympian there should be a higher rank where your lift is considered like GOD or something like that. Overall good app I like the nutrition tracking, and it’s cool that there’s a progressive workout plan that you can follow I don’t use it personally because I know what I like and how to train, but for someone just starting the gym I could see it being really nice to have.
I used the free pro upgrade for a week and while it was nice, I will not be able to work out in the gym enough for it to be worth the money. So the day my trial was set to end I cancelled and it charged me for a full year. I tried to get a refund and even though I was still on the trial end date was told that I was not eligible for a refund. I’ll use it when I can but definitely will not be renewing again at any point in the future after this.
