I think the title speaks for itself don’t switch jobs or none of that stuff and think they’re going to be there to help
This company will nickel and dime you for stuff other carriers do for free
If I could give less than one star I would this app is GARBAGE cannot log in to my account EVER they charge a five dollar late fee every month just to pay my balance online or over the phone and a $10 fee if I go into a store this company is a joke I'm changing my service this is the last month I'll be useing them .
Been trying to reach a representative for 3 hours and they keep putting me on hold and hanging the call up. I’m so freaking mad.
Why do I have to update my app every month when it comes time to pay my bill
Great Service at an affordable price. I highly recommend this company for your cell phone service.
Horrible service, horrible customer service would not help or assist me. After numerous of calls. Been with them for years I do not recommend their service to anyone.
Being a cricket customer for 20 years and they can’t even help to change a number no deals for old customers at all done spoke to 6 supervisor and all they want is to give you different type of price to change your number from $15, $10, $7 they place you on hold to make you think they can see if they can help you just in disbelief how they treat old customers for years
