Perfect. All I want in a lifting recording app. Been using it for years.
I’ve had this app for years, tried every other. This is by far the best app for gym goers ever made. I hope the developer is still active, because she’s made a masterpiece! But it’s almost impossible to get a response from her! If I could, I would beg her to PLEASE allow users to manually delete exercises that come preloaded in the app. It would be appreciated! Edit: latest update 12/19, crashing app! app now crashing when launching any Workout routines Edit: fixed! Thank you
I’ve used this app as long as I’ve exercised and it’s kept all of my data and given me the tools to evolve my routines. The data storage, analysis and ease of use are critical to getting better and the app is super easy to use. I would never exercise without it!
The best of the best work out application. Been using it for about 7 years. You can customize your workouts to your needs and even add new workouts routines. The best thing is you only pay once and no annoying subscription service.
I’ve been using this app for 15+ years and it’s kept me on track and moving. I’ve loaded my former trainer workouts as well as other third party routines to keep it fresh. Syncs with my watch to track heart rate and countdown rest periods while showing next set. You can upload pics for exercises that are not preprogrammed so there is no routine you can’t program and schedule. Highly recommend!

I have tried them all. This is THE MOST customizable and amazing gym app. Period. I love how I can edit on the fly and it tracks everything. You can also customize even the movies showing the muscle groups. Seriously, over 10 years I have tried them all. This is the best.
Will not back up after lady iOS update, please fix
