So i used this for my school and it is completely useless u hafta pay money so much and learning apps especially for school should be free but thats it and i like all of the customization stuff and thats it sry class dojo- Shinobu Tsuyuri

They change tutors frequently without even asking, schedule classes without asking, don’t cancel the subscription despite being asked multiple times and don’t offer refund for wrong billings. This is customer service at its worst.

I was charged after I canceled this subscription, I no longer need it

I am continually being propnted to pay for a subscription when thw school says the service should be free

In my personal opinion I belive it makes kids act worse. as when bad kids do a good thing they get points and noticed but good kids who only do good things don't and that makes kids start to act out and become rude just for points and it makes kids extremely careful and overthink little things wondering if they will gets points or not. I do not recommend schools to use this. However I suppose it's fine if it's to communicate with teachers and staff. I speak from experience

Can we focus the app on parent teacher communication? Last thing kids need is a phone game targeting them through the school. Especially one that is wanting to connect on social levels. Class Dojo is part of the problem, not a solution.

I use ClassDojo daily to check my child’s daycare activities, photos, and school updates. While downloading today’s photos, the app prompted me to download images in HD and showed an option to upgrade with a 7-day free trial, after which I would be charged around $70 plus taxes. Since the app clearly presented it as a free trial, I decided to try it. I had used a trial in the past and cancelled it on time, but the app was showing this offer again, so I reasonably believed I was being offered another trial. However, as soon as I confirmed, I was charged immediately on my credit card. When I checked my App Store purchase history, I saw that instead of getting a free trial, I had been directly charged for an annual subscription ending one year later. This feels misleading and unfair. If the app shows a “free trial” prompt, customers should not be charged immediately without clear warning. Parents rely on this app for their children’s school updates, and this kind of subscription experience damages trust. ClassDojo should be much more transparent about whether a user is actually eligible for a free trial before asking them to confirm. I am very disappointed and would caution other parents to be extremely careful before clicking any subscription or trial prompt in this app.

I really like the game. It’s so fun to play. I love the update. I love that. I could learn over the summer. I love everything about it.😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
