The RentCafe Resident app is your partner in all things related to your community, especially when you’re on the go. We make it easy to pay rent, request maintenance, or reserve amenities. RentCafe Resident App features (options vary based on each community): - Submit one-time payments in three easy steps with various payment methods. - Set up monthly automatic payments to help you avoid late fees. - Share rent, utility, and other costs with roommates using monthly automatic payments - Submit maintenance requests with photos and voice memos and track progress along the way. - Reserve community amenities such as the clubhouse, meeting rooms, and pool area with just a few taps. - Track when your packages are delivered or picked up. - Sign and complete your lease renewal directly in the app. - Interact within your community through the Bulletin Board. The RentCafe Resident app has been designed for communities that use the RentCafe platform as their Resident Portal. Some features may not be available at your property as options vary based on each community. If you have any questions about specific features, please reach out to your property management company.

It got kind of confusing at first, but eventually, I figured it out.
Fantástico
I am always satisfied with the fulfillment of my maintenance request. Response is in a timely manner. Work is always done correctly. The only issue currently is with the landscaping around the community. We are in need of weeding, mulching and other care.
Ver nice app to use.
Please give us our passwords back. Having to send a code to my email, leave the app, go to my email for the code, and back to the app just to log in each time is inconvenient. Bring back the option to just put my password in.

Everything at Woodridge has been thought through and is so efficient. The app works great, events are well communicated and well attended, the landscaping and grounds are lush and the common areas are always tidy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This app is very good. So easy and convenient to navigate
Every. Single. Time. You open the app, you get a popup that they’ve eliminated passwords, and are doing OTP. I have to swipe down the popup every single time. It’s incredibly annoying. Just let me sign in via OTP, I don’t need a popup to appear every single time
The remember me option is completely useless and I’m logged out every time. When I go to login there’s always a pop up to dismiss. Not the worst thing in the world but an annoyance to using the app. Face ID would also solve this issue if you truly don’t want persistent sessions
