Very is easy to use… the convenience of having it on your phone is awesome

I like the app, but when I sign in it still lists a previous property, which I would like removed.

Friendly staff, nice amenities, excellent maintenance staff, and community activities in the clubhouse make Comet Westgate a nice place to live.

I love this app it’s the most reliable app for me to pay my rent every single month.

App always says that my email cannot be found as an account which causes me to stress about making my monthly payments.

Easy to use to access my lease and other documents request maintenance. Check my account balance, and payment history.

Once I request a task it’s done immediately.

The Gentleman are very kind, polite and respectful. They do their best to take care of what you need in a timely fashion.

App was fine before applying the OTP feature. I'm on my phone; why do i need a passcode to enter it?? Waste of time. Other than that, I suppose the app slightly above subpar.

1.) On this app, when I try to log in, it proceeds to say that I’m not an active resident (or something along those lines). I couldn’t even log in through the website. I had to get Emailed a link just to log in, and even THAT was extremely difficult. Then once I could finally log into the website, I STILL can’t log into the app! How can I log onto the website, but not the app? 2.) If I hit “forgot password” and submit my Email, why does the next screen just says “thank you” and the only option to click is “done”? If I click “done”, it takes me back to the login. I don’t even get sent an email on a procedure to recovery my password!
