I am embarrassed for the Guardian employees that the company is pushing this app that does not work

It never works. I put in my info, then it asks to send me a verification code. After I punch it in, app closes. It has never worked. I’ve deleted it and started over so many times. So better Guardian!!

The app either freezes at the login page or crashes when when you enter the two-factor authentication code. Weird because the website works fine.

I keep getting emails to download the new app. I have downloaded and deleted the app at least a dozen times the past month and every time I login it still will not show any of my policies. I have given up on the app at this point.

Trying to use the new version after the debacle of its initial release (when nobody could login) I still get all kinds of problems. First login, I try to access documents and it crashes. Second login, and I get to document a bit then when pulling up my contract get Server Error We are having trouble completing your request. Please try again. {"code":500,"message":" Internal Server Error: Value cannot be null. (Parameter 'buffer') "} Does anybody actually test before you release this stuff? <edit> yet another new issue. I get the notification on the app that there is something needing attention (the 1 in a red circle) but when I open the app there is nothing showing an update and no way to clear the reminder.

Not working for me. Is this an update to the existing app or a new app? Why not just provide the link if its a nnew app

The app opens blank and won’t let me sign out. Can’t get any help on this

says my user id or password is incorrect when i log in online just fine

Creating an account in the app is difficult. Keying in identity and password is covered by pop up keyboards

I’ve attempting to login to the app since obtaining this insurance and whether I attempt to register or login the app says the same thing. Try again later there has been an error. Both my wife and I have attempted everything we can think of to gain access so we can use our insurance we are paying for or at least review our insurance information for the last 3 months without success. We have tried everything we can think of and even attempted to contact support options which has been a circle of being passed from one option to the next without any resolution ever identified. Which has left me doing the one thing I haven’t tried yet: leaving a review relaying the issues we are experiencing in hope we can finally get a solution to this issue.

App never works. It logs you in but then you’re staring at Good morning and a blank set of ovals waiting for information to load but never does.
