Your app does not show Regal Value Day pricing for Crown Club members, even when logged in. If the discounts only work on the website, what exactly is the app for?
The app hasn’t let me or anyone I know order tickets on it since February. It also keeps saying my city doesn’t have any movie theaters in it when I live less than a mile from a Regal theater. I’m planning on canceling my regal unlimited subscription because of this and I will likely start driving an extra 15 minutes to go to AMC
App won’t let me add a card to pay. It just says “Something unexpectedly went wrong. Please try again.” Seems like the most basic thing to have working is add a payment method. Did no one test this before updating?
Honestly this app is pretty terrible, rarely ever loads and when trying to look at purchases consistently getting error messages
How bad does tech need to be that the web and mobile apps don’t sync.. still!
Constant glitches and I can’t see any purchases the right way I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling now it says I have no account like if I have a wrong email and password when clearly I can do it online with that same email and password?! Ridiculous
I should still be able to access my account if I have NOT updated!!!!
Apparently after you create an account on their website and confirm your email address, the app doesn’t match?! This is ridiculous!
Constant glitches.
This App is super handy for tracking your rewards points and seeing what you can spend them on. It’s a must have for frequent movie watchers.
It doesn’t work. I tried logging in, creating an account/new password…nothing worked. Ended up just deleting the app.
I can’t stand apps that show a notification icon but can’t be cleared in app. I prefer when the notification icon means something. So this is an app I install when needed, and then immediately delete. The app itself is okay, it does what you’d expect and the interface is fine, but until the notification icon is clearable it’s disposable.
