Version 3.0 is faster and more powerful than earlier versions, and has new features. Most functions are available in the free version, but there are some Pro Features for a small fee that serious anglers will want to unlock. Build your own collection of fishing spots and My Fishing Advisor will help you pick which ones are most promising at a given time. It will help with lure selection, and even details like the most appropriate rods, line, hook sizes and sinker weights. Beginners use My Fishing Advisor to take the frustration out of learning to fish and to find success much faster. Experts use My Fishing Advisor to find patterns they might otherwise overlook and to find and catch fish more consistently. Use My Fishing Advisor to log your fishing experiences - Track what you catch, the location and conditions and when and where you fished with the new fishing log feature. You can view your fishing log by date, by species, or view your log entries on a map. Register for backups and your logs and fishing spots will be backed up to the cloud so you can get your data back if you ever change devices. I purchased the app and decided to go ahead and save a couple of fishing spots that I typically frequent. However, anytime, I choose the location and then tap the map button. It always takes me back to somewhere in the middle of Missouri. I live in Tennessee.
I doesn’t allow me to change the weather conditions for my area. Even when I select manual it still changes.
Terrible app. For some reason the app located me in Illinois vs NJ. Everything is off with the weather etc…and there is no obvious way of correcting the location.

I love this app I don’t go fishing with out it but it seriously needs a massive update
Use it very often. Would like to see crickets added to the list of bait.
How can I set my home location. On my iPhone the app is saying that my local fishing spot that I entered is 800 miles away. On my iPad it says zero miles away. Also can I sync the info from my iPhone to my iPad?
So far everything is working out just wish they had an add on or a fix for fly fishermen they have all the species just not Fly as a lure option.
APP opens but can’t pick location or anything, if you try picking something other than the location, it says I have to pick a location first, if I click location, all it does is flash and goes right back to the home page
I used the Android version for years. I just recently switched to an iPhone, so I downloaded this version. It’s not nearly as polished as the Android version, and not nearly as user friendly. Very disappointed.
