Whether you're at home or on the go, the Kaiser Permanente app gives you a simple, secure way to manage your health — all in one place. Live in Washington (outside of Vancouver/Longview)? Download the Kaiser Permanente Washington app instead. With the Kaiser Permanente app, you can easily: • Email your doctor’s office or Member Services with nonurgent questions • Schedule, view, and cancel routine appointments and see information about past visits • Fill or refill most prescriptions, check the status of a prescription order, and see a list of all your medications • View your medical history, including allergies and immunizations, ongoing health conditions, and most lab test results • Choose a doctor by browsing our online doctor profiles • Find facilities and pharmacies near you • Get care in a way that works for you — online, by phone, or in person • Access your digital membership card to check in for appointments, pick up prescriptions, and more • Get personalized reminders and health information as soon as they’re available Allows users to integrate with the Apple Health app to: • Enter information about their health (e.g., glucose readings), so that it can be shared with their care team • View information about their health (e.g., glucose readings) To get started, download the app and sign in with your kp.org account. If you haven’t registered yet, you can also create your online account in the app.

I do NOT understand why the app cannot remember my daughter’s prescription or remind us to reorder. I have set up a reminder but NEVER get one (she has to remember). And when I try to reorder her prescription does not show up - this is NOT HELPFUL! I think parents of minors should have easy access to their children’s prescriptions and I should not have to hunt down the number every time I need to reorder. Please make this easier.
But it changes so often I feel confused most of the time using it.
When I try to find a document after receiving notification that it’s available, I’m unable to find it on the website after clicking on the link in the email. I’m not taken to it. Also unable to find it even after searching for it on the website. Very frustrating!!
I shouldn’t have to start all over again when I get in and out of test results. When I close one, I should just continue from where I left off
This app doesn’t let you type in the doctor by name
Kaiser no longer allows parents to have access to their child’s medical information via their websites as of age 12 . My child is not old enough to make his own medical decisions at that age. Who makes him go to the doctor/urgent care? I do his parent!
Kaiser facility tend to neglect pt illnesses, I never experienced feeling safe with them because they do not care about our discomfort, they focus and how much money they can get from any individual that get in their facility, this place hurt me badly, they trowed away my complaint, they’re careless and heartless
It’s a pleasure to be with Kaiser that I could get everything in one location.
I need to let auto refill know that I need the Levothyroxine refill soon as I only have four pills left. Please rush or let me pick up an order up at a pharmacy. Also, it would be greatly appreciated if pills came in a container that fit through a mail slot so drugs are not left on the porch. Thank you.
