For more than 10 years, wither on a boat cruising somewhere I have never been before or traveling to wherever… I always compare locally sourced weather to what is forecast on PredictWind. As both a lifetime boater and career pilot, I have never made my go/nogo decisions by just looking at “one gauge”. PredictWind, with its multi-model forecasts, has has given me all the information that I need to allow me to make my own decisions with confidence because I have looked at “all of the gushes”….
Been using this app for years, wind direction and strength is critical to know when duck hunting or fishing and this helps me plan where I can go. Let me down less than a handful of times but is 99% accurate for me in central NY.
Always a go to always accurate
I paid for a month subscription to try it before subscribing for a full year. Watching projected weather patterns is cool but missed the part I wanted most.
I am trying my 7 day subscription and not a single thing on the app works. I can’t even cancel it, wonder if I will still be charged once the 7 day trial is over since I can’t cancel it.
The best tool on our boat for yacht racing. Very accurate and after years of use I depend on the information above ALL other forecasts we here, Thank You
