Good website but you can’t send custom messages or digital invites to guests if you wanted to which I think is crazy

I have loved using this app so far! It’s well organized and easy to access anything! Helps with planning
The app took away the custom messages and emails feature which was the main reason I picked the app. Good for counting purposes but be aware when downloading guest lists, I downloaded mine and it took off 50 people who RSVP’d yes thank God I double checked everything before giving it to my venue. It also sometimes glitches and can take a while to load. Nice app to help keep track of things but would not recommend if you are trying to communicate with guests and having a large wedding like mine (170 people).
App and website are both very glitchy. Even in desktop I ran into serval issues of glitching
I would like to take this time to tell you what an exceptional person Sara is. She was so very helpful and went above and beyond for me. I was trying to get my sister and my niece to have their hair and makeup done for my niece’s wedding on very short notice. Unfortunately Sara was booked but she did everything she could to find another person that could take care of my sister and my niece!! This was very much appreciated by me because I live in a different state. In a world where everything is so fast paced, and nobody wants to take the time to smell the roses much less take time to help anyone. I just can’t say enough about how grateful I am about Sara and if anybody needs a person for hair and makeup, please reach out to Sara. Thank you Sara!! Karen M. In Virginia
You can’t actually track gifts on your way to your address. It led to my package going missing. Cherry on top is that customer service is useless.

Perfect for wedding planner as everything is done right there in the app!
Lots of great vendors to connect with. However, the functionality and accessibility of this site are not user friendly. For how long The Knot has been around, I would have thought they would have a better system.
