主に眠る際と瞑想で利用しております。バイノーラル音源やその他の音源を使い、自分の好みに合わせて、利用できるのが特徴です。 今後のアップデートも楽しみな長く使っていきたいアプリです。
五ヶ国語対応となっていますが、ガイド付き瞑想は英語でしかガイドがありません。 私はその部分が欲しくて購入したのですが、英語がわからず残念です。
ヨガミュージックで、英語のみの利用可能と書かれているのが小さくて気付かずに購入してしまいました。あのような注意書きは見落とすような小さな字でなくしっかりと書いてもらいたいです。お金勿体無い！使わないのに！
寝る時に使うとよいです。
色んな音を楽しめてリラックスして眠れます
なかなか寝付けない時はいつもこのアプリに助けてもらっています！！ 様々な音があって自分好みに組み合わせる事ができるのが一番良いですね タイマー機能も付いているのでいつも30分で切れるようにしていますがそれまでには眠れています！ "自然の音"が好きな音フェチさんにとってもおススメ 絶対に手放せないアプリです(^ ^)
聴くとなんとなく落ち着きます
基本のミックスもあるのですが、自分で好きなようにカスタマイズできるところが良いです。 寝るときや勉強の合間などのときに聴くとプラシーボ効果か、なんとなく落ち着きます。
The sounds and music in this app are soothing and can be quite interesting to mix together. It’s surprising how background noise has an effect on our mood and consciousness. This app allows you to mix the sounds with music and that will not only allow for relaxation but also give insight into what sounds affect each person. Great job !
