I love shopping at Michael’s but the app is horrible. Constantly crashing, freezing, getting errors
The AI button is in the wrong place. It’s easy to hit by accident and very annoying. Like it’s even necessary anyway.
I have been using the app to try and purchase pre filled helium balloons and it is adding massive quantities to the amount I am trying to order. For ex) I want to order 5 balloons and all the sudden it adds 20-50 more. Seems like a glitch that needs to be addressed, can’t checkout successfully.
While using the app on my iPad it crashes, doesn’t allow me to navigate my orders and is just unreliable. While using the app on my iPhone it used to work fine, but now it just shows the reload circle just opening the app. I can only imagine the constant work required to keep up with the endless Apple bug fixes. Lord bless you guys for the hard work you put into it.
This app is clunky and ineffective. Login is always a nightmare; and, store locator doesn’t work, even if you enter zip code where your local store resides.
I just want to get in my cart without it crashing. Let me buy your wares!!!!!!
The app glitches so much it is hard to place a online order with multiple items
I’ve tried everything and can’t seem to make this app work inside an actual store. I have to take screenshots of coupons or item locations before I go in. And heaven forbid I want to check the price of an item I find while wandering the aisles.
Literally barely loads, crashes constantly, doubles your shopping cart right before you check out half the time. The other day it decided to quadruple my cart, then crashed on repeat until I completely gave up and decided to go to a different retailer. And customer service is an absolute joke. Save your time and sanity
I love how it can be used in store to look up item locations and keeping all of my coupons and rewards in one place is very handy. However, the overall app leaves much to be desired. It constantly freezes, crashes, and loads incredibly slowly. I have to close it several times any time I use it because it just stops working.
