What more can you expect in an app from a data-collecting corporation? This thing is buggy beyond belief. Sort the reviews to “most recent” on the App Store and you’ll get a taste…

The app is SO slow and clunky. Easily one of the worst shopping apps i’ve ever used.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the wide variety of of craft and art supplies.

You’ve put the AI assistant right where you scroll through products so it keeps popping up while you scroll. Please move this or better yet disable it.

One of the worst apps! Phone begins to heat up. Consistently, not randomly. App locks if you navigate to another app.

The app can’t differentiate between regularly priced items and sale items in your cart if you want to use a coupon code. I had 2 regularly priced items and 5 sale items in my cart - I wanted to use the flash40 code for the 2 regularly priced items, but it wouldn’t apply and gave me an error message. Instead of going back, deleting the sale items, placing the order with the code and then having to place a 2nd order with sale items only, I just accepted the full price. Not cool.

Let me start with I love Michael’s, shop here probably about once a week or so. The app is terrible. It’s glitchy & it doesn’t matter if I use my phone or tablet it still doesn’t work well. It’s also EXTREMELY frustrating that there are discounts only available on the app when I’m literally standing in the store with the exact same merchandise. I mean I would totally buy more by shopping in the store, but the employees say they can’t honor the online discount code. So if y’all want to sell less that’s on y’all.

App is always freezing. It even causes my phone to run hot while using. Needs bug fixes.

It keeps glitching constantly by kicking me out, not letting me type in promo codes and just horrible in general

Bonnie was the BEST salesperson ever!! She was an enormous help gathering & cutting all the flannel we needed to make baby blankets for charity. Such a pleasant experience!! You should clone her!!!!

The app crashes all the time and they've added a horrible ai chatbot. And for some reason they keep having low prices that are online only so checking the app in store won't show you the proper in store price and makes everything worse to deal with for customers and workers.

Every time I try to place my order, my card gets declined because my items go from 1 each to anywhere between 3-6 each. This has happened several times. I've given up on getting 30% off and I'm going to shop elsewhere altogether. It's taken me 30+ minutes to ATTEMPT to place the correct order.
