Can no longer remove ingredients from a pizza. Want the ExtravaganZZa but no onions or peppers? Too bad! You have to “Build your Own” and the pizza costs more.

Every time I’ve tried to order since the most recent update, it would not apply any “My Deals” from the rewards page to my order. I’d click “Add to order,” a wheel would spin, and it would time out. Not being able to add any deals to my orders have deterred me from ordering many times now.

Your application is broken and deletes the wrong pizzas in the cart. I deleted a thin crust I didn’t need and it deleted my cheese pizza for my children. I had to wait for a new order to be placed with my 2 year old. I will not be eating at dominoes until you figure out your new app interface.

You removed the ability to remove toppings from a specialty pizza. We order a speciality pizza but don’t like Italian Sausage with the new update you are no longer allowed to remove toppings.

Been broken for over a week, only thing that works is carryout

Someone should def look into the UX team on whoever created this new update. Can’t update my addresses, billing, payment at all using the app. You sureeee did well on that one guys!

Stop sending me notifications and emails about “free bread bites” or what ever it is, I only want to know when my order is finished!

I order all the time but now I can’t because I have to update the app to 17.1 and my phone is older and won’t work

Breaks all the time, there’s nothing more frustrating than spending 20 minutes building a cart trying to get all the deals and stuff then it just throws and error at you last minute. App literally breaks all the time, it has stopped me from getting pizza on more than one occasion. plus the way they do rewards youre better off splitting your big pickup orders into multiple smaller ones for maximum point value

Trying to figure out why I can’t push the buttons needed to put in my order. I just want my pizza. I actually downloaded your app then immediately deleted it bc I couldn’t figure it out. I went out and bought two dollar store brand pizzas and two sodas. So much easier.

I don’t need a video playing while trying to log-in. And I get an error when trying to reset my password. So, can’t log in and have an annoying ad playing in the background.
