Notification alerts are spotty and if shown are delayed by hours. When wanting to be notified about ticket sales for specific movies the app will not remember my choices. It’s seemingly easy to navigate, but there is no fluidity to it. Every click has a buffer and a wait for loading. I enjoy the chain, but not the app as much.

When you select movies from YOUR zip code, make sure Cinemark doesn’t slip in movies out of your ZIP. Otherwise, you will be buying movies 50 miles away. They also like to slip in ‘Coming Soon” movies. So be on your toes. Here’s the tip of the day, check your tickets each and every time, what theater your viewing movies. The one time you don’t check or forget. Well let’s just say, I contribute to Cinemark’s bottom line & the economy.

The app is the main reason I choose this theater everytime.
Went out to see the Micheal Jackson movie and seats were overbooked, talked to a manager and system had automatically switched my seats to random seats that were available. I had to either wait hours, book another movie or watch it all the way up from first row. First time booking on the app, terrible experience and would not recommend.
Very hard to enter new Gift Cards given to me. Had a hard time adding them to the App from the physical card.
Just… awesome.
