View & Share Digital Receipts Receive digital receipts for all Pay at the Pump, In-Store and Mobile Pay transactions within minutes of your purchase. All you have to do is scan your Love's Rewards card with every transaction. Mobile Shower Check-In Bypass the fuel desk with shower check-in at your favorite Love’s Travel Stop with showers. First, be on-site at a location with showers. Then, tap the blue Shower Check In button on the Home or Store Details screen. Once your location has been confirmed, our commercial drivers can complete the transaction with your Love's Rewards shower credits and/or points. You can also plan ahead by checking busy times at other locations. Love’s Mobile Pay for Commercial Drivers Activate the pump from the comfort and safety of your cab with Love’s Pay. Select your pump and fuel, and then answer the prompts as you do at the pump today. Once authorized, lift the nozzle and fuel. Deleted the app and will never visit a loves again! Paid 18$ for a shower and it said 45 minutes to an hour. Waited in my truck and went back in a hour later to find out it was calling number after mine. I go to the cashier and told him I missed my shower and he said he couldn’t put me back in the queue unless I purchased another shower. I walked out saying woooow!
I used to love this app. Lately I never get my fuel rewards and hardly ever does Loves reward professional drivers with free stuff or recognize us. They rarely update their app with discounted items for users. Pilot stores do a way better job.
There is absolutely no way to link a physical card. I called support and they hung up on me.

The app has potential, but I am very disappointed with the support. I have been facing a technical problem for a while now, and despite my reports, nothing has been fixed. It feels like user feedback is being ignored. I cannot recommend the app until this persistent bug is finally addressed.
It would be helpful and easier if the upcoming reservations for travel RV Stops were available in the app. Especially since I don’t always receive a confirmation via email when I make the reservation. I love staying at RV stops but am not happy that the reservations cannot be looked up.
Despite app saying I will receive 10 cents off per gallon of gas I receive zero discount on 2 tries. I contacted Loves and got no response.
On your map needs to be able to see ev locations
I like the facilities, but I stopped buying fuel at Lowe’s. I scanned the barcode and I never seem to get the discount. Diesel the auto side, even with the discount tends to be more expensive than other fuel stops. Moreover, occasionally, I need to use a tractor trailer Lane. To buy DEF. I drive a sprinter with a 2 L turbo diesel.
