It works. I had VPN turned on from Korea. I changed it to US and it works.

App freezes. Vague message about rate limits. Useless in this condition.

I subscribed to the GolfPass+ membership for the video library as well as the discounted tee times. After purchasing, the GolfPass app won’t recognize my membership on my phone or Roku, therefore not giving me access to the video library. I spoke with customer service who told me not to rely on the app, and directed me to the Golf Channel web browser, where I can watch some content from my laptop, but not any of the instructional shows or clips on the go or on my TV. After paying for a pricey subscription only to realize I don’t and, according to the customer service rep, probably won’t have reliable access, Im certainly disappointed and immediately regret the purchase.

I have used this service 3 times now. Each of the 3 uses caused me to have to call customer service. Each call was extremely frustrating. Small print was one issue. The second 2 had to do with disappearing refunds. I never got one of the refunds ($48). I’m done with this service.

Are you serious with these password requirements? Impossible to reset an account.

You should read the REAL reviews before using. If you ever have an issue there will never be a person there to help you resolve it. I spent hours trying to cancel my reservation for myself and sons on Father’s Day because it was pouring rain. I called the course directly and they told me since I booked with golf now I had to cancel with them. I spent several hours attempting to speak to someone human at golf now since the AI model could not provide any assistance. I was never able to get a resolution or a refund or even a rain check. Never talked to one actual person there despite hours of trying. Will never use this service again. Worst. Father’s Day. Ever.

Love saving money and this app delivers big savings on good courses! With this app My son and I can play more often due to the excellent prices. So please do not get this app as we want all the hot deals you ourselves!

This app shows tee times that are not accurate or actually available. Used this to book 2 weeks out just to show up and be told I was never in the system. User beware.

I applied PLAYJUNE last time, but I did not get $25 when I book tee time Today.

It told me I can get $20 cash back when I book a certain time and booking so I did it and then when it went time, it asked me to put my credit card information in which they already know because I’m part of GolfNow but I put it in anyways, and they told me that it was the wrong CVC number which is not true. Then it kicked me out. So basically it said it was gonna pay for $20 of my round and then it ripped me off.

The app randomly goes white screen during checkout. In my case, it completed the booking silently — no confirmation email, no notification. I didn’t see it until I reopened the app, by which point I had already booked twice. That double booking resulted in a no-show fee I never should have been charged. When I contacted support, they told me to call the course myself. That’s not support — that’s deflection. You’re handling real reservations and real money. If your app can’t confirm a booking reliably, and your support won’t take responsibility for its own bugs, don’t put it in the App Store.

So this app charged me 112 bucks when I never wanted to sign up . I just use the app to view times . On top of charging me over 100 when I did not want it … I does not allow me to apply to the points to my recent booking . I want my money back
