Mix with VirtualDJ directly from your iPhone or iPad ! Whether you want to use your iPad as a virtual scratch turntable, or just want to step away from the booth for a moment but still continue to monitor the mix from your iPhone, or even want to mix the whole gig wirelessly from your iPad while the computer plugged to your sound system delivers the beats, the VirtualDJ Remote application gives you full freedom to operate VirtualDJ over a WIFI connection. IMPORTANT NOTICE: this application needs to connect to the software VirtualDJ running on a Mac or PC computer. The VirtualDJ software is available for FREE on www.virtualdj.com SIMPLE WIRELESS SETUP: VirtualDJ Remote and VirtualDJ Software connect over a simple Wifi connection. If you are already using a wifi network, the connection will be done automatically, using Bonjour. Otherwise, you can easily create an ad-hoc wifi network, and enter the device IP address in the VirtualDJ software for immediate connection. EASY AUDIO CONFIGURATION: The audio is being played by the computer, so you just need to plug your audio system to your computer, no need to carry audio wires to your iPhone/iPad. I purchased this product nearly a year ago. I have not been able to use it. The screen is locked on waiting for ip address to connect. I cannot get anyone to respond to the problem.
I’ve been a Virtual DJ program for years. And I love the program. But, this app. Hasn’t worked since I got it. It’s like I just donated money to someone.

I buy it but I am Still waiting for it to connect.
APP needs to connect to some IP address and does not allow any interaction at all. think I just wasted $10. Hoping to get support.

I have tried opening this app a million times and it’s frozen every time. This app is junk!
I tested out all the features while connected to each of my laptops. You can literally see and respond to song requests, search on Deezer or your library, start and stop automix. Move songs on the playlist. You can even turn down the music too or turn up the music. It would be perfect for you for if you’re sitting at dinner at a wedding and you wanted to check on your list to make sure the music isn’t going to stop.
You literally can’t do anything without it losing connection
I like it now that I’ve gotten time to use it connects to my laptop so if needed can control from my phone
