Horrible lounges and so many restrictions on access to the lounges.
I had to create a new login with a new credit card. Logged in on this old app only to tell me to switch to the new + app which tells me to use the old app.
Waited over an hour for access to the lounge!
No airport lounge accepts them like they use to and some times there are no lounges. And no customer support
I rarely write reviews, but I has to take time out of my day to express how useless this app and this entire service is. The ONLY thing this app should do is provide you with your membership /card number, yet it fails at this basic necessity. Shameful
Sometimes Priority Pass people need to pay extra or are not allowed in during certain times in lounges. Overcrowding. Long waits
I’ve enjoyed getting into lounges all over the world.
Not enough lounges I can use as priority pass & even if I can use it it is always crowded

The staff at this establishment was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. From the person who greeted me at the entrance to the attendant and the floor manager, everyone went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They provided me with accurate information about availability, promptly got me drinks, and checked back on me multiple times to make sure everything was going well. I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received.
