This is detected through user interaction with the app and/or automatic detection algorithms that recognize driving activity. - RightTrack collects data such as speed, acceleration, braking, and route information, which are needed for assessing driving behavior and providing feedback for safer driving practices.

Va gives a discount for drivers using their vehicles less than a certain number of miles but when I asked they told me no they didn’t offer it so I think it may be time to look for another company considering my driving record.
Right track app counts point off even if you use hands free to answer phone calls. If you have Apple car play you can text and do anything you want from the car screen. I just started count everything as passenger if I have to use my phone during that drive.
The app is good, unless you want to make the most basic changes to your policy. I have tried multiple times to just add a Landlord to my renter’s policy, and it gives me an error saying that I need to call tech support to make that change. Same thing with literally just adjusting my address. It shouldn’t be this complicated. If you can’t make these simple changes on the app, why even have buttons for it?? Very annoying.
Response and professionalism is great
These people will still say you deserve a late fee when this app doesn’t update your financial accounts! They will over charge you for renters and demand you send them identification and then not update you on results. Trash company
I can everything from this app. I manage multiple rentals so keeping everything straight can be challenging. Thanks for making one thing easy.
Most apps aren’t intuitive- you have to dig for the info. Not this one! It’s easy to navigate, fast, and provides all the information you would need/expect!

Haven’t driven yet to give a honest review at this time.
I try so much times to modify my policy by the app but not allowed, which is very inconvenient to call to change and compare the price. Geico did a great job on the app with this.
No sign of ID cards in this app. And who is Safeco
