Efficient, knowledgeable and very kind.
One medical used to be amazing but since it was bought by Mount Sinai aka Amazon it’s been terrible. The providers have gone massively down hill. They’ve made scheduling Harder and now with this AI stuff they are mining all of our medical data!
I don’t know how Amazon can ship a product with this many severe bugs, mostly on the identies side

One Medical is truly a scam if you have insurance. Why are you paying a subscription to then pay even more out of pocket and insurance doesn't cover it? Clearly note your prices and terms and conditions.
