We had the good fortune of getting Ali as our driver from Cordova Bay to Victoria this evening. In addition to being a good driver, Ali is very friendly and a good conversationalist. It was an enjoyable trip.
Today I had a very nice ride from SFO airport to my house with David. He was very polite and helped me to load and unload my luggages.

Uber service is general has become so undependable. I trust them for rides, and there are issues at least 25% of the time. That ride I just booked that was 6 minutes away? Cancelled and here’s a 25 minute wait. My favorite was scheduling a ride to the airport. I think to myself, it’s about time to catch my Uber. Instead I look and the ride was cancelled. No notification. No call. No text. Just gone. It’s too late to catch another ride but luckily I could drive. And not so luckily is my car was hit by hail at the airport. $8k repair (thanks insurance). But the hassle. Because I trusted them. And they failed so hard to deliver basic customer service. Rant over.
I had issues w app processing to quickly and had to cancel and could not reach anyone in customer service or chat. Neither option worked on the app I still have questions and would like for someone to reach out to me
Good driver filled with positive vibes.
This company keeps harassing me. It has been happening for about a year now they have no way for you to communicate with them when you need. A problem fixed and if they mess up on their end, they don’t care they will try to charge you. I had a Uber driver canceled on me last minute and they charged me and it took almost 2 weeks for them to realize what they did was wrong when I spoke to multiple outlets and they didn’t get back into me until I disputed for my bank didn’t they left the statement saying that I owed them this much when I didn’t even receive my ride, I was standing outside, waiting for them to whole entire time this company is disgusting and I can’t wait to see the downfall of their company

Wonderful
This is our first time using a IBER. The driver was excellent. We were impressed by his ability and performance. The car was clean and comfortable. He was so kind due to my needing a wheelchair when he took us to the exact gate to pick up the wheelchair we ordered and where to drop our checked luggage. We couldn’t ask for a kinder man.
