I’ve been a paid subscriber of this app for years, as it gave me a reliable option when I spent time overseas. Over the past two years performance has declined, with calls often dropping or failing to connect. Recently, I’ve been completely unable to connect on any voice calls. Why is this app updating regularly, if not to fix or improve its primary function, to allow users to make calls? It seems they built up so many positive reviews from years of decent service that recent negative reviews are drowned out. Recommend you do not pay for this app in its current state.

Soon as I pick up the phone to answer all the calls keep dropping. I have updated and even paid for better services with this app . It’s just garbage

This app is terrible, I submitted a ticket and I still have not heard back. I can’t find anywhere to cancel.
I downloaded this app today hoping to use it, but I can't even get past the first screen. Every time I try to sign up or log in, I get a popup saying "Oops, something went wrong, please try again later." My internet connection is fine and works with every other app. It’s frustrating to download an app that won't even let you create an account. Please fix this bug.
I don’t what’s wrong I can’t send messages for days now and I keep receiving text . I have subscribed for it and also gotten units too. Please I need this to be fix immediately
Premium should me no ads. None. I like FreeTone overall but get annoyed with pop up ads while paying for a premium subscription.
App will not let you select a number anymore, even if you’re a premium member. Pushing the “get a 1st number” button does nothing!
