측정 My Measures PRO + AR

We purchased this app and installed it. Now trying to log in and won’t accept password. No where to reset password and reached out to customer service several times with no reply. Looking for an alternate app now since we are locked out of this one. Fortunately I think I can cancel my subscription so that’s a plus.

I really like the app, use it for work every week. Use it with the Leica Disto D2. I have had some issues where the measurements I took and saved disappeared when the file was sinked with the cloud, it is rare but it does happen. I purchased the new Leica disto d2-2 and it does not work with the app. I have tried to contact the developer with no reply whatsoever. I still like the app, just wished the developer responded to customer issues. After weeks of trying to contact them. I have not received any response. The app does NOT work with the newest Disto D2-2!

I purchased the app just because it advertised ar measurements but for the 3D scan you still need to add all dimensions manually Waste of money

Loved it and used it for years until the last time it was updated apparently. Can’t manipulate the photo like I used to.

I regret that the help section focuses entirely on managing projects and folders, with nothing about nanaging measurement tools (adding, deleting, and especially editing an arrow or angle, for example. Also, it seems that a basic feature such as the ability to change the position or ends of an arrow after it has been added is not vailable! Also, there is no way to zoom in on the image to edit an arrow accurately! (Or else, the implementation of these features is so well hidden and unclear that you have to be a genius to use hem). When ones try to do so, the app automatically switches to another unwanted command.

As a construction professional, I’ve relied on this app for over 10 years, along with my team. It was great until it started crashing constantly. Reinstalling fixed the crashes but wiped out my entire project history. Please address the stability issues and add data recovery options to prevent this loss for teams like ours.

I’ve used this app for almost 8 years, and have come to rely on it for recording site measurements. But as of about a year ago every time I click on a photo to view it, the app crashes. I have to try over and over until it finally opens the photo, and to view others I have to do the same thing. I can easily plug in new photos and measurements, it only happens when trying to view them later on. Very frustrating.

I’ve purchased and used this app for years. It used to work so well for me but now it’s a complete fail. I don’t think they’ve made any updates to the app to work with recent IOS updates and the thing crashes and freezes every 5 minutes. It’s now completely useless to use for my business. Deleting today.

Developer, why isn't there a way to export my folders with .jpg or other picture file formats? The wifi-transfer feature only exports files that can be opened through the My Measures application, rendering them useless on my desktop or laptop computers. When I select a folder to export, the email, print, and share buttons are grayed out.
