This update from Apple will improve the functionality of this app. No new features are included. • Get Running 1.12.1 is a 64 bit App for your fantastic 64bit device. • This update has a completely new audio implementation. It's been entirely replaced for even greater reliability. Music will fade down while Get Running coaches you, then fade back in, to help you keep exercising. Audio books and podcast content will temporarily pause while Get Running coaches you, and then resume, so you never miss a word. • Get Running 1.12.0 has various tweaks to the user interface. I have used this app for a few years (and loved it) but now it’s crashing and I can’t open it anymore. Very sad and frustrating.
Downloaded it, paid $2 but the app crashes every time i try to open it
I was excited to try this app after reading all the good review reviews. Unfortunately after paying for and downloading this app, it now will not open. Just flashes a black screen and then goes back to my home screen. A frustrating waste of money
I’ve had this app for many years. Due to an injury, I hadn’t been able to run in several years. Now I’m on the road to recovery, I’m happy to see the app is still available and I’m ready to start using it again.
So I really love this app. It’s the only app that’s helped me to continue running for the first time. However, it says that it is Apple Watch compatible but it’s not. I hate running with my phone so I will sadly have to find a new app.
I have used this app on and off for many years. My running career waxes and wanes but anytime I decide to pick it back up and challenge myself to a 5k this program gets me right back in the swing of things. Absolutely recommend!

I used to live this app, but it no longer works. I have tried all the fixes and I can’t make to work. I am wondering if there is a problem with the app. Looks like I will have to find another running. So sad I like to english accent of the couch!
If you are starting from zero, this is the absolute best app for you. No kidding, I’ve had it for years. And I’ve used it to (re)start running multiple times. It’s simple, nothing fancy, just do that they tell you to do, and take your time! Trust me. Just download the app!
I love this app. My favorite running Buddy and I love the accent of the narrator. It’s easy to use and has just the right progression to get me running again every time. I always have to work up to running if I’ve paused, and this app makes it a pleasure.
