i love wells fargo app. it’s so easy to use and helps me keeps track i’ve never had an issue. also, i love that it helps me remember which payments (subscriptions) are coming up.
Great bank!
Best bank I ever had
My local banker was perturbed when I closed my savings account. The account paid 0.1% interest (that’s 2% of inflation) AND charged $5/ month fee. That’s as lousy as a “savings” account can be; it shouldn’t be called a savings account. A coffee can buried in the back yard makes substantially better sense. My scheduled Zelle payments (from a linked checking account) mysteriously disappeared. Maybe it was related to closing the (so called) savings account.
Don’t ask me for review and I won’t give 1 star.
I have been a customer for 6 years and this bank has given me a worse experience
Easy, always reliable!
In all the years that I have had Wells Fargo from state to state I have NEVER had an issue! And if I had any inconvenience or issue is was very quickly resolved. As long as the service remains the best I’ll be a client for life!
Awesome twice
I opened a brokerage account and transferred some assets, now running into a bunch of technical problems that may affect my taxes and other headaches. Worst of all there’s no support chat or email the only way to get help is 1800 number (or mail 🙄) Please add an in-app support feature (ai bot doesn’t help if there’s no way to escalate to a human) and please improve your asset transfers
