When you place a filter for 2+ baths, it still shows you 1.5 ba. This defeats the purpose of a filter. If you’re just browsing, I suppose it doesn’t matter. But if you’re seriously looking for a home or rental, I recommend using an app that doesn’t waste your time like this.
Forcing me to save a listing everytime I share it with someone managed to make me never use the app or website again. Congratulations
They have become so slow and everything is so laggy moving between properties
I still haven’t been able to get in contact with any type of customer support even their phone number is an ai that doesn’t help and won’t connect you to any live agents and the reason I need help in the first place is because I spent 35 dollars for a screening but for some reason you guys can’t verify my identity I’ve put in my ssn, my full name with and without suffix because I’m a jr, 3 different addresses I’ve lived at and absolutely nothing has worked and it only gives me 2-3 tries before I get locked out for 30 minutes your guy’s app genuinely sucks and I’m astonished by how high your rating is because this app is trash
Love Zillow. One idea is to add in a filter for two stories above ground. You already have single story only, so make it the same but two story only. Second idea is to allow comments. This industry is so loosely regulated, you might as well give people the power to help each other out to avoid a house if the sellers are toxic or if there are animals in homes during showings where buyers were not warned. That can be serious for some people. Thank you!
Zillow has removed the ability to report scam artists and illegal listings. This means that your property can be illegally inhabited without your consent. It means that laws meant to protect neighborhoods from predatory practices, are unable to be enforced. Why is Zillow allowed to operate as a money laundering front for criminals?
