Feels like corporate shell of what it used to be. Used to be so whimsical with interactive interface.
i had previously left a review asking them to add youtube music, and they added it! i really appreciate devs who listen to their users!
After the last big update, the ability to rate things was removed and I missed being able to do that. I also creating folders of things. And I miss adding things myself (as in, I miss being able to add any shows, movies, and books to my shelf rather than only the manual updates).
It’s a great app with amazing aesthetic pleasing options and features…but there isn’t a lot of customization. You get a pfp and that’s it. I think it wants to be like a more social media version of Pinterest but it should stay an offline app that lets you customize a space for you either stats from your favorite apps.
I truly do enjoy the app, and was even offered to be a an ambassador for the app when it was first becoming popular. However, this new update has caused it to be so much different and extremely difficult to navigate. I struggle to understand how to update my shelf and remove parts i don’t want on my shelf anymore. I still enjoy the app and like seeing my recaps but I wish it was a bit more user friendly. I also miss being able to see my friend’s updates as well. I still think it’s a fun and creative app, just needs a few tweaks :)
Wouldn’t be lying when I say this has been my #1 favorite app ever since I started using it. There’s so much creativity in it, I absolutely love the design and you can clearly tell how talented and creative the team is. It organizes your songs, movies and books and updates everything instantly in such an aesthetic way. SOO GIRLIES AND BOYS ARE YOU STILL READING REVIEWS INSTEAD OF DOWNLOADING IT? Data almost never updates. Can update app, delete, log in and out, nothing. Never backs up, sometimes asks you to log in without even having logged out. Defeats the purpose of needing letterboxd premium until it just doesn’t work 😒 awesome idea but sadly just doesn’t work . My movies haven’t synced in a week, even after a hundred additions, most being past and some present
This app would be better than all the other apps if it allowed me to leave reviews or notes to the media consumed. If I am unable to do that I do not see a point as it just is more clutter.

I don’t usually do reviews on any app but this app is awesome it helps me keep track of how many listens I have to each artist because I like to see which artists I’m more interested in so I can listen to them more -Aniyah

Ive been getting errors when I try to add a pfp, bio, or any of my socials they let you add. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times but the same problem remains. Idk if it’s just for me or if other ppl have had the same problems with the app. Overall good app tho! I like the experiences they include! I just wish I could add more to my profile than just a name without getting an error.
