I’ve been playing these games making it to the levels just for me not to earn anything but points and the points take forever to build up your never going to receive anything or be rewarded for playing the games

I played a game and won enough points to collect $100. They make you jump through a bunch of hoops trying to prove that it was you playing the game they make you show them any purchases that you made you have to do screen record recordings. All for them to just block your account and accuse you of fraud when that’s not the case I spent all that time and some money on bundles and this is what I get. I’m so upset so disappointed.

I’ve been trying to get someone with support to help me redeem my rewards for 2 weeks and every time I email them they give me the same response of “Try again in 24 hours”. I’ve sent in more than 5 separate requests with NO HELP! I’ve been begging for a solution. This is horrible!

This app is a SCAM! I play games as a part time job so if you’re good at games and wanting to make decent money do NOT use this app. They lie, cheat, and steal. So far they’ve stolen a little over $500 bucks that I won and was supposed to be paid out. And that’s not counting all of the extra money I paid in app. Their customer service - and I use that term lightly - is a joke and then ghost you and refuse to respond back. They won’t respond to my attorney nor myself and I’ve had to file a BBB complaint just to get a response. They out right just won’t pay you, they close your acct and say you’ve violated terms but won’t tell you what terms, and now they’ve even gone in and manipulated what my payout points are supposed to be bc I meet the goals regularly. FreeCash and Smart Wallet always pay out and never scam so save yourself the trouble and don’t play games with Playful Rewards - they suck and lie and steal and cheat. Scam!

Bro let me delete my account this app is a scam. I swear I’ll sue!

I had been trying the free 20$ with playing the games and doing everything step my step and I completed step one was half way done with step 2 and it completely reset me from beginning. Used to have 86k coins and now I only have 10k what a scam.

Love how simple it is to rack up points for the games you play & so much better than having to slaving for a few dollars!

I genuinely don’t know where all the positive reviews have come from. I’ve seen across the internet that this app is considered a scam by a loooot of people, and now I see it’s true. After months after slowly playing and hitting the minimum pay goal (which is already a wopping $50), i was then asked to provide my GOVERNMENT ID. Weird, but I complied, only right after I did, i was told repeatedly that there was an “error,” and was refused any payout. So in essence, they take your sensitive information to use for who knows what, and don’t even pay you for it! Lovely, right? I urge anyone who has experienced something similar to report this app where you can. I know i will.

Do you guys pay in Apple Cash?😅 I don’t see it anywhere honestly. If you do then I’ll keep looking for it. Aside from that, it’s a nice app!

I was able to achieve a net gain of $400 using this app. I was wrestling a lot with support for verification, but I’m extremely satisfied knowing this actually works. Thanks, guys at PlayfulRewards!

I went back on my account and it deleted all of my points and I just started and they wanted me to create a new account
