I bought the 5 days unlimited data plan while I was visiting Europe for a college assignment and I have been having good service but I’m always having to troubleshoot to get it to work. When my phone dies I always have to troubleshoot to get it to work again. I would have to reset my network settings or turn off the line a couple times to get it to connect again. Sometimes I’ll take a hour or more to connect the service. Good service but getting it to stay connected could use work.
I might as well have just gotten eSIMs in each country I visited. The unlimited plan is not worth it. The fine print says it will give you the highest speed it can on other networks prioritizing the native devices on the network. Even when it’s said I have 5G it’s slow as hell.
This doesn’t tell you that if the eSIM is compatible with your carrier or not until after you purchase. There’s no clear way to get a refund, so I’m now $50 down the toilet because this company focuses on profit over providing a service.

this app doesn't work. I have followed all of their instructions, but the app crashes. I have no data whatsoever. It worked for about 30 minutes when I reached 60MB.... the data completely shut off. and I paid for three unlimited plans. The first day of tech-support they literally hung up and said you can call us tomorrow and will help you with troubleshooting some more before they even solve the problem. Avoid this company.

It was fast and easy. I am American and being in Germany and having this great deal with the eSIM unlimited is great
I purchased a global plan but to my surprised when I changed from Peru to Bolivia the eSIM card stopped working. After a lot of conversations back and forth, they couldn’t fix the problem and offered a refund! I was left “stranded” in a foreign country! Be aware of this before you decide to purchase one eSIM card with this app!!
Unfortunately while on my travels, Holafly didn’t work one bit. The only reason I was able to even use my phone was connecting to WiFi’s. Texting, calling and just basic communication was a nightmare!!! It never worked even when I needed to quickly contact my family, it never sent. I do not recommend using Holafly at all, unless you have access to WiFi throughout your trip. Stay away from it. It’s not worth the money!!!!
