I have worked with several corporations that use different vendors for expenses. Ramp has mastered the expense reporting process and easy to use platform.
Ramp has made receipting, tracking mileage, and managing our finances a piece of cake. We used to use Expensify. Expensify is a dinosaur in comparison.
I’m extremely grateful that our company utilizes Ramp for all of our travel and corporate expenses. Very easy to use and efficient. Scan receipts on the go and get your expenses done in a snap!!
The app worked great until I upgraded to an I-Phone 17. Now I have zero ability to use anything but the laptop to log into RAMP. My IT department stated there am was a RAMP upgrade that is not currently compatible. What was once convenient is now tedious.
Uploaded receipts for 20 + transactions then was informed they were “missing” and had to upload them second time
Very easy to use and keep track of receipts and purchases
I love Ramp!! Pull up to the pump, pull up my wallet app on my watch, double click on the card, hold my watch near the card reader on the pump, turn the pump on and fuel!! It’s that easy!!
New ramp user and it sent me in infinite circles trying to get receipt matching. It told me to fix it 7 different ways none of which worked, and each time it was insistent that solution would work. Then, when it didn’t work, app would admit the solution it offered wasn’t real. Constantly gave internally inconsistent instructions like: Calculating the total as only the base amount, then telling me the amount of the tip from the receipt, then telling me I needed to upload a receipt that showed the tip. Then it told me that for uber one receipt can be attached to 2 different charges, while saying in the same sentence that a receipt may only be associated with one transaction. I’m 8 tries in and it still keeps spinning in circles.
Each time I open the app it take 20 seconds for any content to lead.
Convoluted app with tons of bugs. Have to log into the web version to see budgets and request reimbursements.
