The app requires users to enter a password each time it is opened, which is frustrating. Please Add Biometric Authentication or Facial Recognition to make it easier to sign in.
This is the worst app I’ve ever been forced to use. Won’t show the forms I need before my appointment. I can click 20 times and it will load and then 100 more times and it won’t pull them back up. This is garbage. You should be ashamed
The requested information on the app was well organized, formatted and easy to understand.

My mom had called earlier today and set up an appointment with one of the doctors for my episodes so when I came home I called and she walked me through downloading the app, setting up my new account email, and now I am all set for my appointment on the 18th @ 9:30am thank you!
Platform is not that easy to use and functions are hit or miss. It requires having to interface between the app and email which to me is an unnecessary complicating step.
The app itself meets the requirements for what’s expected, but the app not notifying you of your appointment is something that should be an option this day and age.
Overly simplified making it difficult to access any information. Has glitched on me several times in moments when I am needing to contact medical provider urgently. Very unhappy to be using this app.

Good useful app
Very easy to use app, understandable, straight forward although can’t find where my prescriptions are or if that feature is in here that’s the not complaint if I had one
