Bojangles Restaurant

Sent my order to the wrong restaurant even after I changed the location. There’s never any good offers like Chick-fil-A has and now I’m standing in a Bojangles with no one helping me while my order is 30 minutes away. Then the other store hung up on me!!! Ridiculous!!!

I’ve tried to order from the app multiple times, but I keep getting the same error message that my card doesn’t work at my location. I know I’ve got money, and I’ve tried using different cards. I have to give this 1 star simply to rate the app. I’d rather give it a 0, but that isn’t an option. Hopefully they’ll fix the issue

Never any offers. You have to order and prepay in the app but don’t get points. You have to go inside to pick it up

When you choose a family meal, it charges you +$27.99 extra when you choose regular on the mix of chicken, making the normal 8 pc family meal over $51 dollars! App is worthless to us.

Awful all. Coupon codes never work. Very glitchy.

“All day breakfast” isn’t ALL day. According to the app you cannot get all day breakfast until after 10:30am. You can order combo meals for breakfast before then but not à la carte sandwiches. Makes no sense. 1 star rating due to this issue and not being able to even use the app for my order.

Was promised a free chicken sandwich on the app for Hamburger Day. The order was accepted and processed on the app with a confirmation number with instructions to pick up my order at the counter but when I arrived they reneged. I ended up wasting my time and gas.

I can add items to cart, apply discount code, go to checkout, and when I attempt to add the payment method it give me a loading screen with a chicken head icon that bounces and the screen becomes unavailable. I cannot complete my transaction. I opened another food app and made my purchase elsewhere.

The Bojangles restaurant in Buford has very friendly staff. However, I feel they are not being supported at the regional manager and above. They have a container for sweet tea but not unsweetened out on the counter for customers to get half and half tea the way we want it. The staff mixes it but it is better when I mix it. I have asked the store manager was told several times she has tried to order an extra container but it never comes

I curated a large order and had it in my cart. At the check out screen, I looked at other locations and didn’t change my location. The app wiped out my entire cart. I decided to go somewhere else. Please fix this broken app.
