Dreamehome App is to manage Dreame Bot cleaning robots to do your home floor cleaning. Through the App , you may not only access to advanced functions of your robot for your daily home floor cleaning, but also set up preferred cleaning zones and time as you like. Now you could do your home floor cleaning at your hand with the help of Dreamehome. Remote Control: You could control and operate the robot like the machine staying with you, once the robot is connected to App. Whether you are outside home or far away from the robot at home, you would locate the robot in the map, adjust the parameters, check out the cleaning schedule etc. Device Information: With the App, you could explore the full functions of your robot, learn about the working status, get error or task messages, check the usage data of accessories etc. House Map: A cleaning map of your house will help your robot learn and understand the space of your home. By mapping, you could set up the cleaning task with the right rooms or areas for each cleaning task by Dreame robot. Cleaning by special area: When only a special small area needs a quick cleaning right away, the function cleaning by special area is exactly the right thing for you. No-Go Zone: If there is any area not to go for cleaning, a simple frame mark could give you a safe cleaning area. Cleaning Schedule: Set up the cleaning day and time, even the zones as you preferred so that your robot works at the right time for the right zone. Firmware OTA: OTA (Over The Air) technology will help you upgrade your robot software to the latest version. You would not miss any update from our continuous improvement and new function release. Voice control: After you finishing signing up the App and adding your robot, your device may work with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant by an connecting operation. User Manual: You could find the electronic user manual as well as the FAQ for your robot. The ads in this app are extremely annoying. If this continues I’m never buying another Dreame product.
Bug prevents saving custom rooms with custom cleaning routines. Changing selected rooms resets cleaning options and vice-versa. Needs to be fixed asap.
갑자기 왜이러나요? 원래 잘 사용했는데 밤 12시에 갑자기 청소시작한다고 혼자 계속 움직이고 청소 정지하고 집어넣었는데도 계속 다시나옴 ㅡㅡ 업데이트를 어떻게 한건지 아니면 해킹을 한건지 대체 뭐임? 이런걸 어케 믿고씀
The amount of spammy notifications and ads in the app is insane. Lots of dark patterns a to try and funnel you into their store when all you want to do is use the vacuum you already bought. Terrible app!
Every time I boot the app, I have to opt out of marketing messages. And now, in addition to that, it pops up ads. Just to use the device I paid for! Love the vacuum/mop. The app feels like forced marketing spam.
Nothing makes users hate your company faster than trying to sell them something almost every single day with a spam notification you did not opt into. Stop.
So many ads in the app. It's almost useless.
It is irritating when an app pops up with “join our mailing list” all the time, even after you decline. But now it has started to throw offers / ads at you upon opening the app too. In all reality, knowing this app is going to spam me means I will avoid the app. That also means that regardless of how impressed I am with the actual product (have an L50 Ultra and an L40 Ultra) I’m going to avoid their other products because I don’t want to have to get into the app any more than I absolutely must. I personally evaluated 6 different robo-vacs before settling on Dreame. While Dreame was the second best app, its hardware was the best performer. Then the app started spamming…. Which degrades the overall product.
Do not trust any app and company who will require your location to setup. I just set up a dishwasher from a reputable company and it did not require location. This Chinese co is a scam.
It should be a pool cleaner app but the stupid app keeps spamming to sell stuff I don’t want. I want info on my pool cleaner, not the daily spam noise.
