Used their cash advance one time for the full amount they advertised. It was paid back on time and without delay but was not lined up with my paycheck and I could not edit that. Once it was paid back they then said that I couldn’t request another unless I used direct deposit into their account which was not an issue the first time.

I would like for you guys to bring Zelle back

I been with them since 2021 and over the last 6 months they have become a issue . I never overdraft but lately I have been with zero explanation. My card is always locked. I have to always wait 6 days to try and see after the transaction clear tand I did get no help as to why . Apple takes $21 off my card on a Wednesday, I done had my card unlocked made several purchases but some how Friday afternoon I have a random-$8 again and they are saying it’s due to Apple which makes zero sense . I’ll be pulling my money out and going else where tired of paying myself back when I didn’t cause it .

They need to do better with customer service. U only get to chat with a bot in the app that does not understand or simply ignores commands. No real customer service is very disappointing.

My external BofA debit card stopped working inexplicably. It works literally everywhere else, including other apps linked with Plaid. The problem is clearly with Varo, but their support team is lazy and unhelpful, so they told me to talk of BofA, which I already did. I am going to stop being a customer for this reason.

I previously have been able to get cash advances from this app and paid back on time each time. All of a sudden they require you to deposit your checks to their bank to be eligible.

This app sucks. They have deceptive practices with their advances designed to lock you in cycle. Future class action law suit guaranteed

Even though I get charged a fee for loading/deposits that I find expensive at a pharmacy store, VARO is the best app for personal and business needs. Best decision I’ve made to get this app and not deal with a bank.

In the process of setting up my account, I entered my address and the app keeps telling me to double check my address to send the card. Like I don’t know my place of residence for the past 9 years smh. I couldn’t proceed any further than that.

Wow, I’m very impressed with using this bank . Would definitely recommend Varo to anybody who needs it. Never had any serious problems ,that can’t be solved , and when I do need help, support is helpful. Thanks Varo.
