Getting started is simple: Ask your provider for an invitation to create your account at myPatientVisit.com. Once your account is set up, just log in to the app using your credentials. myPatientVisit® is available to all patients whose doctors use Nextech’s electronic healthcare and practice management systems. I’ve been trying to open the clinical intake forms in documents and it doesn’t open or load. It’s slow and I have to close the app to open it back up again.
I think this app is very user unfriendly. I ask it to download summaries and I have no idea where the download is found and that’s just the tip of the iceberg…
Nothing is loading and I can’t do anything. I’m getting really upset.
It’s asking for a code not very easy to navigate
Times out over and over.
I spent a substantial about of time filling out HPI forms only for them to be deleted when I attempt to submit them. I have not left the page for any extended period of time while filling out forms but when attempting to submit forms it returns to the sign in page and deletes all of my previous work. Very frustrating. The app is also very slow to load anything often requiring you to close the app and reopen it. While typing information it will often not allow you to see everything you are typing and will force you to delete information you’ve type in order to get to the end of your sentence. If you have to add any additional information you might have to add it to the beginning of your sentence in order to avoid deleting what you’ve already written.
To the point; precise information & treatment, pleasant disposition by all, clear explanation of payment &/or insurance coverage; super clean environment; ease of appointment availability…..what more can you ask for!!!!! Thank you
Very poor. I’ve tried a few times, including at home, so it is not related to my internet connection, but updating the personal information form continually crashes. Just going to have to fill it out when I get to the appointment because the app is not functionally.
I can log in on the website but not this app. I tried various ways, and even the verification code that I typed in was rejected. Worthless app. I am deleting it. Please also google “mypatientvisit app sucks” to read input about your app and please fix.
This app is useless on iPad but works well on my android phone.
