I prefer the old scoring than having Blinky happy or unhappy. Also prefered recording all meals instead of 3 meals per day.
Reviews meals and has menu to continue weight loss, with daily exercises, really helps with staying hydrated drinking correct amount of water! Highly recommend!
I’ve used Simple, on & off for a few years now. I love that it keeps me accountable for my water intake. I just can’t get it to change my workout to the Tai Chi walking program without creating an entirely new account. Other than that, I’ve been completely satisfied.

I think this is a good program, the coach even though he is an AI is very encouraging and always gives me great ideas for snacks or anything else I need. I do recommend this program. I just wish it was more affordable.
I have no idea where these reviews are coming from! It is nearly impossible to cancel and the program is total garbage with no real assistance. Do NOT use!!!
This app has been helpful to me in tracking fasting time, nutrition, hydration, and exercise. I got very consistent and disciplined about three months ago, and I am down 25 pounds from when I started and I’m aiming to lose about 14 more. That said, there are major flaws that need correction. The app generates recommendations to the user and the recommendations are generic. and inapplicable. For instance, it will recommend that I go for a walk even if I have logged at 12 mile run within the last hour or if it’s 2 AM. It will recommend eating a high protein meal if you’re fasting clock is on or if you’ve just eaten one in the last half hour. It will make inaccurate or frustrating comments if you log a weight gain, because it is reaching to “explain” the cause. It will say you ate a burrito two days ago. Which it wouldn’t comment on if you didn’t gain weight. Or it will say you only had 137 steps yesterday even if you had 8037. Small fluctuations are normal. Also, it will lower your score If you don’t log for a while (annoyingly even in your sleep) and call it “stalled weight loss” even if you’re fasting.These all need to be fixed.

This app keeps charging me though I have ended subscription. Beware.
At 72 yrs young I have lost strength and gained more weight than I am comfortable with. Alcohol is my weakness so I have not stopped my evening cocktail but I absolutely log everything. This alone has increased my awareness. That, along with fasting 16 hours a day has resulted in a loss of 10 pounds in 45 days. Imagine how much I would lose if I started to move?
I was extremely busy today but you guys reminded me to set alarms to drink my water and I drank 32 oz today and I'm not done
At first I was not impressed with the app, but after a month and a half and six pounds down - I think it is fantastic. I just had to get used to the intermittent fasting. It will hold you accountable in a gentle way - it even called me when I hadn’t logged my meals. Do what it says and you will lose weight
