This is a terribly designed application. The login flow takes over 10 minutes. The app frequently reloads and fails to load basic information. This app is for Anthem to say they have an App, not for the benefit of consumers in any way shape or form. Additionally, the reviews are manipulated and often refer to features that have nothing to do with Anthem whatsoever. Anthem should focus on improving the application instead of purchasing fake reviews.

Never had a better app!

i’ve been trying to find a primary care doctor, but all the doctors in my network are not properly listed at the locations in the app. PLEASE UPDATE THE APP & THE DOCTORS PRACTICE LOCATIONS

The most important aspect is that they keeps records of all your transactions and records of all information that they have collected from your personal insurance provider greater than ever healthy blue✅

I have found that if one keeps with a group various physicians and specialists 70-100% you could hit it lucky and get it right first time with a person who you just click with, this is what we all hope for. Sometimes our personalities differ, original countries of birth completely and in some cases puts a strain on the manner in which the medical service is sub-par or maybe we were expecting too much for the specific procedure. Lastly before I get too much into detail, I have noticed UCLA Doctors are pushed with such a heavy work load even the lazy ones ( I un affectionately call them oxygen thieves who we cannot afford to drag them there where they don’t belong. 1 star. The app itself works, but my experience with Anthem has been extremely frustrating. I spent weeks trying to find an in-network oral and maxillofacial surgeon using Anthem’s provider directory and information provided by customer service. Multiple sources showed a provider as in-network, only to later find out they were not. This resulted in unexpected out-of-pocket costs and countless hours spent calling providers and Anthem for clarification. Accurate provider directories are essential for members trying to access care. The conflicting information and lack of clear answers made an already stressful medical situation much more difficult than it needed to be. I am switching to Kaiser now they have expanded in my state .
