The way you manage prescriptions is atrocious.
This app has been great and allows me to get simple questions answered by my doctor without having to make multiple appointments. I appreciate that part of it. It also allows me to see previous visits and what I was instructed to do. I don’t remember things , like I used to. I feel like I have more control over my healthcare with the ability to access everything from this app. It is very easy to use. I also like the ability to let the doctor know exactly when I will be there, by using my location. Being able to control the prescriptions and so much more. I could go on and on about how much I have enjoyed this app.
I’ve been to my share of clinics and hospitals, but the doctors, nurses and staff at Intermountain Health have truly taken care of me! This level of care by them and the VA lets me know my move to Utah was the right choice!

I have come from another clinic where it is very hard to get your results or to pay a bill. This app is awesome and makes everything so much easier.
The last update they did was not great but this last one is the worst!!! Missing medical information on it, no longer can see notes from past doctors that you are supposed to see in 3 years and now don’t know who they are because of this! Lots of incorrect information, this update is absolutely horrible and now my medical records are all mixed up and missing stuff. Hate it hate it hate it!!!

It’s simplified because I can’t use the app to do anything anymore. Just call the doctor’s office and hope your call gets answered by someone who can help you instead of telling you that you need to call a different number.
Impossible to use the app to make an appointment, and the new automated phone system cannot get you to the provider, I have to physically go book an appointment in person.
Pretty easy to use and navigate. Easy to set appointments. Not the apps fault but insurance was not put in correctly so pre pay balance was as if I did not have insurance and that took a bit of effort to resolve.
