Cannot verify email or create a password. So the app is basically unusable.
The previous NPS app didn't collect any information. Why does this app need to collect all this info? Is it maybe the third party who wrote this app who's collecting our information?
I love that I can scan a QR code at the campsite and pay for it offline but recently I haven’t been able to finish the process once I’m online. The transaction doesn’t appear anywhere but I do receive a notification saying I have a pending transaction but when I click on it, nothing appears in that regard. I don’t mind free but I like to support these places and don’t want to skimp out on the opportunity. Other than that, the app is wonderful!
The site is easy to use and has many useful features.
Please Fix the Specific Campground Reviews Section! Prior to last update you could click on a campground and then click the review section for the campground and read all the reviews. Now if you click that all the app will show are the reviews for phone service and not the actual reviews! Please fix this feature. It is most helpful!! I love this app because it has come a longgggggg ways compared to 5 years ago. But it seems something in the last update caused the problem with the facility review section. Thanks!
