Pop-up ads to get to my door code - what a joke
Sometimes the Bluetooth will work. Sometimes the lockers themselves won’t open. I’ll get phantom notifications. Support is awful and takes a long time. Why can’t we just collectively agree to not steal each others packages?!
Wait time to get an agent to speak with is 1 hour minimum

Never get the emails it’s worthless,complex. You guys should not be a thing
Just setting up the app is challenging in my case. To request a 6-digit code be sent to my email then I need to enter that code within 30 seconds? An email can barely be sent in 30 seconds much less retrieved and then entered into the app. Using this is not even an option for me. At least make the timeout to enter the code 5-15 minutes. 30 seconds is not realistic.
If the slightest thing goes wrong you're in trouble because support is nonexistent.

Keeps changing my phone number in app so it takes forever to get a code. Always have to ask office for help. This app is horrible!
The worst experience using this app
They ended up put it on the side but still able to send a notification that allows me to open the shared door and grab someone else's package (that's the only one in the box)
This app has been forcing me to delete the app from my iPhone and reinstall it every time I need to pick up a package. I don’t even see the package that Amazon says I have until I reinstall the app. Please fix.
