No matter the email, can't make an account. Unable to stack rewards. Useless. Update 1 yr: still can't make account. Not able to sign up.
The best
I ordered a Biscoff Blizzard thru the app. When I got it, it had rung up as a Butterfinger Blizzard after the fact even though it was Biscoff in the cart. :( At least I like Butterfinger, but I wanted to try the Biscoff.
The food was cold. The guy at the window wasn't friendly at all. No napkins or lids on the blizzards
Every time we are back “home” we stop for a bite at the best DQ in Georgia!
Using this app has been BY FAR the most infuriating experience I’ve ever had when buying food. I can never checkout with ANY of the deals or rewards I try, and am only able to redeem them by ordering in store which defeats the entire purpose of ordering online. HORRIBLE (app) service!!!!!! I know my orders are valid because when I go into my standard location I’m always able to redeem the EXACT reward with the EXACT order that I tried to place online and couldn’t checkout because “YoUr SeLeCtEd ReWaRd IsNt VaLiD” ?????? Then why does it work in the store? Words cannot express my loathing for this app. Fix this stupid piece of junk already!
This was absolutely the best DQ I have had. Crispy onions rings hot chicken tenders burger was juicy and delicious and the blizzards were spot on from top to bottom of the cup. Thank you
They don’t give u a number with a Mobil order so makes more difficult to get
Great Deals & Easy To Use App
Very poor service nobody knows what’s going on
The app does not handle the rewards for pre ordering for pick up at the drive through. I have had to go in an order to use reward points.FIX IT!
Never can get any add ons correct.
